About the Role

We're hiring a Demo Engineer—a hands-on Software Engineer who excels at turning ideas into working demos and prototypes that inspire developers to build. This is a unique position for someone who loves experimenting, shipping quickly, and creating technical showcases that bring blockchain and Web3 technology to life.

You'll take ambitious concepts across DeFi, trading systems, and agentic AI workflows, and transform them into tangible demos, prototypes, and technical content that developers can interact with and learn from. You don't need to be an expert in every domain—we're looking for someone with solid Web3 engineering fundamentals, genuine curiosity, and a strong bias toward shipping useful work.

What You'll Be Doing

• Build demo dApps: Create real-time trading interfaces, onchain games, and agent-powered applications that showcase what's possible on our blockchain
• Develop trading bot demos: Explore onchain order books, execution quality, and innovative interaction models through functional prototypes
• Prototype agentic applications: Build autonomous agents coordinating onchain, prediction market resolvers, and agent-to-agent workflows that demonstrate AI integration
• Monitor ecosystem trends: Stay ahead of the curve and help transform promising ideas into working demos that capture market interest
• Support go-to-market initiatives: Collaborate with DevRel, Marketing, and Business Development teams to power launches, partnerships, and broader commercialization efforts
• Create technical content: Develop walkthroughs, documentation, and showcases that explain complex technical ideas clearly through working examples

What We're Looking For

• Solidity and EVM experience: Hands-on experience writing, deploying, or interacting with smart contracts on EVM-compatible chains
• Frontend development skills: Ability to build clean, functional user interfaces for demos and prototypes
• Rapid prototyping mindset: Comfortable moving at speed and shipping rough but useful prototypes that deliver value quickly
• Technical communication: Ability to explain complex blockchain and AI concepts clearly through demos, content, and technical walkthroughs
• AI-native working habits: Proficient with modern AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, building, and delivery
• Web3 fundamentals: Solid understanding of blockchain architecture, DeFi protocols, and decentralized application patterns
