About This Role

Inetum2 is seeking a skilled Data Analytics & Business Intelligence (BI) Specialist to join our remote team. As a Data Analytics & BI professional, you will be at the intersection of data science, software engineering, and business strategy. You'll work with stakeholders across departments to understand their analytical needs, design scalable data solutions, and deliver compelling visualizations and reports that inform critical business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that impact business performance. Create comprehensive reports and dashboards that translate data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• BI Tool Development: Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions using industry-leading BI platforms. Build interactive dashboards and data visualizations that enable stakeholders to monitor KPIs and business metrics in real-time.
• Data Pipeline Management: Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure data quality, consistency, and accessibility. Develop and optimize data pipelines that feed analytics and reporting systems.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with business units to gather requirements, understand analytical needs, and communicate findings in clear, non-technical language. Act as a bridge between technical and business teams.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize query performance, dashboard loading times, and data processing workflows. Implement best practices for data warehousing and analytics infrastructure.
• Documentation & Training: Create technical documentation for data models, ETL processes, and BI solutions. Provide training and support to end-users on reporting tools and data literacy.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay current with emerging analytics technologies and methodologies. Recommend and implement enhancements to analytical capabilities and data infrastructure.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related analytical roles (2+ years minimum)
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms
• Strong SQL skills for data querying, transformation, and analysis
• Experience with data visualization and dashboard development
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication skills with ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences
• Experience working with relational databases and understanding of database architecture

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Python or R for advanced statistical analysis
• Knowledge of cloud-based analytics platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
• Familiarity with ETL tools and data integration processes
• Understanding of agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration
• Experience with machine learning concepts or predictive analytics
• Certification in relevant BI or analytics tools
