Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement integration solutions that connect disparate systems and applications across enterprise environments
• Develop and maintain automation workflows using industry-standard platforms and tools to eliminate manual, repetitive tasks
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions to enhance business processes and decision-making
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and development teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable integration architectures that align with organizational standards and best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, performance bottlenecks, and system compatibility challenges
• Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, and methodologies in integration, automation, and AI
• Document technical designs, implementation procedures, and operational guidelines for knowledge transfer and compliance
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members and cross-functional teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven expertise in enterprise integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Apache Camel, Talend, or similar)
• Strong proficiency in API design, RESTful services, and microservices architecture
• Hands-on experience with business process automation tools and RPA (Robotic Process Automation) platforms
• Solid understanding of AI/ML fundamentals and experience integrating AI services into business solutions
• Advanced programming skills in one or more languages such as Java, Python, C#, or Node.js
• Database management experience with both SQL and NoSQL technologies
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cloud-native integration services
• Experience with version control systems, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in remote, distributed teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
