About This Role

Join Inflect as an Account Manager and become the linchpin of our customer engagements. You'll execute and manage the complete customer lifecycle, ensuring seamless coordination and flawless execution of digital infrastructure deals. This hybrid position blends project management with customer support, directly enabling our Sales team and Solution Advisors to drive revenue growth and deliver exceptional client outcomes.

In this role, you'll be responsible for orchestrating customer meetings, ensuring all stakeholders have the context and information needed to maximize productivity. You'll manage technical resources and stakeholder time efficiently, providing regular updates on open leads and deals while proactively identifying and mitigating engagement risks before they impact project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete customer lifecycle from deal closure through successful project execution and renewal planning
  • Coordinate and facilitate customer meetings with internal teams (Sales, Solution Advisors, technical resources) to ensure alignment and clear communication
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation in Salesforce and generate regular status reports for stakeholder alignment
  • Track quote requests, inform Solution Advisors of progress, and proactively communicate with customers about additional projects and upcoming renewals
  • Monitor open leads and deals, providing stakeholders with timely updates and strategic insights
  • Identify potential engagement risks and address them proactively to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships, consistently exceeding expectations
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve engagement objectives
