Hosting Solutions Architect – AI & Infrastructure
💰 $80,000 – $130,000/yr
Job Description
About This Role
As a Hosting Solutions Architect – AI & Infrastructure at Inflect, you will design, validate, and present enterprise-scale hosting and colocation solutions that anchor our marketplace and advisory offerings. This is a strategic, executive-facing position that bridges the gap between raw infrastructure capabilities and client-ready solutions. You'll work at the intersection of power management, data center optimization, and high-performance computing—translating complex technical requirements into actionable strategies for some of the world's most demanding digital infrastructure clients.
This role is ideal for someone who understands servers at a deep level but, more importantly, masters the intricate relationship between power density, physical space, and computational performance. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to transform Inflect's hosting capabilities—including colocation, GPUaaS, cloud, bare metal, and power/density management—into compelling solutions for NEO Clouds, Hyperscalers, and Fortune 500 enterprises. Your technical expertise and AI-driven insights will ensure that Inflect's offerings are backed by rigorous validation and market intelligence, enabling rapid, high-value outcomes for the world's most demanding clients.
What You'll Bring to the Table
You are a technical authority who thrives equally in front of a whiteboard and in the boardroom. You view data centers not simply as infrastructure, but as complex puzzles requiring expert capacity planning, power forecasting, and on-premise integration strategies. You possess the rare ability to translate dense technical supplier offerings and market intelligence into high-impact, client-ready solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
Your executive presence and communication skills allow you to navigate high-stakes conversations with C-suite stakeholders and key decision-makers. You are a technical influencer—someone who provides the confidence and rigor needed to close complex deals by identifying space, power, and colocation opportunities that others miss. You don't just support sales efforts; you provide the technical gravity that pulls deals toward successful completion.
You are naturally analytical and detail-oriented, with a strong aversion to imprecision. You find satisfaction in perfectly optimized rack elevations, zero-defect site surveys, and accurate capacity forecasting. You view yourself as a translator of high-stakes requirements—taking abstract needs from Hyperscalers and NEO Clouds and transforming them into repeatable, scalable frameworks that solve problems at enterprise scale.
Key Qualifications & Experience
- Hosting Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of colocation, GPUaaS, bare metal infrastructure, and power/density optimization across enterprise environments.
- Executive Presence: Proven ability to influence key stakeholders, Fortune 500 decision-makers, and C-suite executives with technical confidence and strategic clarity.
- Analytical Rigor: Strong problem-solving skills for enterprise-scale architecture design, capacity forecasting, and technical data validation.
- Market Intelligence: Proactive approach to researching and forecasting supplier capacity, identifying land and power opportunities, and staying ahead of industry trends.
- Technical Integration: Familiarity with on-premise infrastructure integrations, power management systems, and multi-cloud deployment architectures.
- Solution Architecture: Ability to design and validate complex, multi-faceted hosting solutions tailored to enterprise client requirements.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to distill technical complexity into clear, compelling narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences.
