Celerion is seeking a driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team in a fully remote capacity. This role is perfect for a bioanalytical sales professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to directly impact business growth. You'll work at the intersection of clinical research, cutting-edge science, and revenue generation—supporting Celerion's mission to accelerate drug development and get life-saving treatments to market faster.
As a leader in translational medicine and clinical research services, Celerion combines deep scientific expertise with innovative research strategies. In this position, you'll be instrumental in expanding our Clinical, Biometrics, and Bioanalytical services across the US and EU markets.
What You'll Do
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Initiate strategic outreach to potential clients via email, phone, and LinkedIn to identify their clinical, biometrics, and bioanalytical needs and pain points.
- Account Development: Qualify leads and facilitate warm introductions to our Business Development team to nurture and advance opportunities through the sales pipeline.
- Sales Tools Mastery: Leverage Zymewire, LinkedIn, and other lead generation platforms to build a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Service Presentation: Articulate Celerion's differentiated service offerings and competitive advantages to prospective clients, positioning the company as a partner of choice for clinical research needs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Business Development to align on messaging, targets, and strategy for market expansion in both US and EU regions.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate CRM records, track metrics, and report on activity and conversion rates to drive continuous improvement.
Who You Are
- A consultative sales professional with proven success in B2B inside sales, preferably in life sciences, clinical research, biotech, or pharmaceutical services.
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and skilled at building rapport quickly over the phone and via written communication.
- Knowledgeable about the clinical research, biometrics, or bioanalytical services landscape—or eager to learn rapidly in this domain.
- Proficient with CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and modern sales engagement tools like Zymewire.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and driven by metrics; you track your own performance and continuously seek to improve conversion rates.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining accountability to team targets.
- Strong communicator with the ability to translate complex scientific services into clear, client-focused value propositions.
