The Role

We're seeking a senior-level AI Solutions Engineer to join our growing team and help shape the future of intelligent systems. This is a fully remote position based in Colombia, offering the opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI projects for globally recognized brands and innovative companies.

As an AI Solutions Engineer, you'll be at the intersection of emerging technology and real-world business impact. You'll combine deep technical expertise in artificial intelligence, large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures, and machine learning with the ability to translate complex concepts into practical, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their business goals around AI implementation. Present sustainable, achievable technical solutions and adjust strategies based on feedback to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Technical Leadership: Guide and mentor engineering teams—both internally at Livefront and externally with clients—by setting technical standards, conducting code reviews, and contributing to product vision and strategy.
• Technology Exploration: Engage in technical spikes to explore new technologies, frameworks, and methodologies that can enhance our AI capabilities and deliver better solutions.
• Architecture Design: Lead the design of robust, scalable architectures tailored to specific client needs. Implement these solutions hands-on, ensuring systems are maintainable, performant, and built for long-term success.
• Infrastructure Development: Design, develop, and integrate APIs, data pipelines, and end-to-end infrastructure that enable seamless system communication. Optimize performance and ensure AI models remain useful, scalable, and maintainable in production environments.
• Versatile Problem-Solving: Adapt your skills across diverse projects, including API design, real-time technical support, DevOps, and infrastructure optimization. Demonstrate flexibility and responsiveness to varied client requirements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with backend engineers, frontend developers, designers, and other team members to streamline communication and deliver cohesive, integrated solutions.

What We're Looking For

• Deep expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and AI architecture patterns
• Hands-on experience building and deploying LLM-based applications and RAG systems
• Strong backend development skills with modern programming languages and frameworks
• Experience designing and building scalable APIs and data pipelines
• Proven ability to move between R&D prototyping and production-grade implementation
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Ability to mentor junior engineers and set technical standards
