The Role
We're seeking a senior-level AI Solutions Engineer to join our growing team on a fully remote basis in Peru. This is a strategic position where you'll architect and implement cutting-edge AI solutions, mentor engineering teams, and partner directly with enterprise and startup clients to translate their business goals into innovative technical implementations.

You combine an impeccable intuition for transforming emerging AI capabilities into practical, innovative solutions with the ability to rapidly prototype ideas in agile R&D sprints and ship robust, production-ready code at scale.
You navigate seamlessly between architectural design and hands-on implementation, quickly mastering unfamiliar technologies and frameworks. Your communication skills are exceptional—you articulate complex technical requirements clearly to internal teams and engage confidently in strategic discussions with client partners. Your engineering principles are mature yet adaptable, continuously evolving through learning, collaboration, and engagement with the rapidly changing AI landscape. You're both curious and pragmatic, driven by craft to build intelligent systems that are intuitive, performant, and thoughtfully designed with ethical considerations at the forefront.
What You'll Be Doing
- Client Partnership & Strategy: Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives around AI implementation. Present sustainable, achievable technical solutions and adjust strategies based on feedback and evolving requirements.
- Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Guide and mentor engineering teams—both internally at Livefront and externally with clients—by establishing technical standards, conducting thorough code reviews, and contributing to product vision and architecture decisions.
- Technology Exploration: Engage in technical spikes to research, evaluate, and validate emerging technologies, methodologies, and AI approaches relevant to client needs and industry trends.
- Architecture & Implementation: Lead the design of robust, scalable architectures tailored to specific client requirements. Implement these solutions hands-on, ensuring systems are maintainable, performant, and aligned with best practices.
- Data & Infrastructure: Design, develop, and integrate APIs, data pipelines, and end-to-end infrastructure that enable seamless communication between systems. Optimize performance to ensure AI models are useful, scalable, and maintainable in production environments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Demonstrate versatility by adapting your skills across diverse projects—including API design, real-time technical support, DevOps practices, and infrastructure optimization—while responding to varied client needs with professionalism and agility.
- Team Communication: Collaborate effectively across backend teams, frontend teams, designers, product managers, and other stakeholders, streamlining communication and ensuring alignment on technical and business objectives.
What We're Looking For
- Senior-level expertise in AI/ML, with demonstrated experience shipping AI-powered products to production
- Strong proficiency with LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG-based architectures
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing scalable APIs and data pipelines
- Proven ability to architect complex systems and mentor engineering teams
- Experience in both rapid prototyping and production-grade software engineering
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Commitment to ethical AI development and thoughtful system design
- Adaptability and curiosity—comfort learning new technologies and frameworks as needed
