You're a versatile designer who thrives at every stage of the product design lifecycle. You excel at researching user needs, creating user flows, crafting compelling visuals, building interactive prototypes, and bringing ideas to life. You have a proven track record of leading high-profile product initiatives that deliver great outcomes for both users and businesses alike.
As a terrific communicator, you can help steer cross-functional teams from initial concept through implementation. You demonstrate the ability to approach multifaceted problems holistically and create elegant, simple solutions. Most importantly, you're a self-starter who thrives in autonomous environments and can work effectively with minimal oversight. Your presentation skills are strong, and you're comfortable articulating design decisions to stakeholders at all levels.
What You Will Be Doing
- Work directly with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to design and build user-friendly digital experiences that align with client goals and user needs
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business challenges and define comprehensive requirements
- Test and refine designs through user research and iterative testing to deliver flawless user experiences throughout the entire product lifecycle
- Mentor and collaborate with other members of the Livefront product design team, contributing to team growth and development
- Work with zero-to-one and established design systems to maintain and update style guides, design assets, and deliverables
- Partner with engineers to answer design questions, make necessary adjustments, and provide polished assets for the design-to-development hand-off process
- Work within the production constraints of each platform for which you're designing and/or engineering solutions
- Manage your time effectively across a mix of small and large projects with overlapping priorities and urgencies
- Organize and maintain working files inside collaborative file structures for seamless team access
- Adopt new practices and tools as our work evolves and the design industry advances
- Maintain high standards by proofreading copy and fixing errors and formatting in design source files and production decks
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you'll own the complete design process from discovery through delivery. You'll engage directly with clients to understand their vision and translate it into intuitive, beautiful digital products. Your work will span multiple projects simultaneously, requiring strong prioritization and time management skills. You'll be expected to produce high-quality design work that meets both aesthetic and functional standards, while also contributing to the professional development of your teammates.
