Machine Operator - Nights (Remote)

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure consistent output and quality standards

• Document machine performance metrics, downtime, and production logs accurately
• Identify equipment malfunctions and report issues to maintenance teams promptly
• Adjust machine settings and parameters to optimize production efficiency
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with shift supervisors and team members to meet production targets
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization
• Respond to alerts and alarms, taking corrective action as needed

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Proven experience operating industrial machinery or equipment (1+ years preferred)
• Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting abilities
• Ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Proficiency in reading technical manuals, diagrams, and work instructions
• Reliable and punctual work attendance
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks
• Comfortable with shift work, including nights and potential overtime

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with automated production systems or CNC machinery
• Certification in industrial equipment operation or maintenance
