The Role
We are seeking a Demand Planning Associate to join our Supply Chain team. Reporting to the Associate Director of Formulations Demand Planning, you will play a critical role in forecasting product demand, analyzing market trends, and optimizing inventory levels across our global distribution channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze historical sales data and market trends to develop accurate demand forecasts for grooming and lifestyle products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align demand planning strategies
- Monitor inventory levels and recommend adjustments to maintain optimal stock across retail and direct-to-consumer channels
- Prepare demand planning reports and presentations for senior leadership
- Support the development and refinement of demand planning processes and tools
- Identify and communicate supply chain risks and opportunities
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the demand planning function
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- 1-3 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or related analytical roles
- Proficiency with Excel and data analysis tools; experience with demand planning software is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Experience with retail or consumer goods industry preferred
- Familiarity with omnichannel distribution models (online, retail, wholesale)
