About the Role
Docplanner is seeking an experienced Market Launch Manager to lead the go-to-market strategy and execution for Terapia, our innovative healthcare platform. This is a pivotal leadership position where you'll drive market entry, build brand presence, and establish Terapia as a trusted player in the telehealth and healthcare services space.
In this role, you will own the complete market launch lifecycle—from pre-launch planning through post-launch optimization. You'll develop comprehensive launch strategies, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder communications, and execute campaigns that drive awareness, adoption, and user engagement across target markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive market launch plans aligned with business objectives and timelines
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities and inform positioning strategies
- Lead cross-functional collaboration between product, marketing, sales, and operations teams
- Create and manage launch budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Design and implement go-to-market campaigns across digital, content, and partnership channels
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and track launch success metrics
- Manage communications with internal stakeholders, partners, and external audiences
- Identify and mitigate launch risks; develop contingency plans
- Gather post-launch insights and drive continuous improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in market launch, product launch, or go-to-market strategy roles
- Proven track record successfully launching products or services in competitive markets
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional team collaboration abilities
- Data-driven mindset with comfort analyzing market metrics and performance data
- Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Experience in healthcare, SaaS, or regulated industries preferred
