The Role: Full Stack Engineer

As a Full Stack Engineer at Matters Lab, you'll be a core driver of product development and a key contributor to our open-source community. We're seeking engineers at all levels—whether you're an experienced practitioner or someone eager to learn and grow with us.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and maintaining both frontend and backend systems for our decentralized platform
• Contributing to open-source initiatives that power our ecosystem
• Building robust, scalable server architectures supporting millions of users
• Developing and refining machine learning models to enhance platform intelligence
• Creating user-centric products that deliver tangible value
• Collaborating on distributed identity systems and community governance tools
• Participating in the technical evolution of Web3 infrastructure
