Your Role: Media Buyer (EU)
As we scale through deeper use of AI, automation, APIs, and cross-functional media intelligence, the Media Buyer role is evolving from pure execution into a hybrid operator-strategist position. You will take full ownership of performance outcomes on specific projects, acting as a strategic growth driver by identifying high-leverage opportunities across creative, audience, funnel, offer, and structure. You'll partner closely with Growth Strategists to steer spend decisions and lead end-to-end media operations to enable sustainable scaling.
Key Responsibilities
Problem Diagnosis & Opportunity Identification
- Conduct media buying analysis to identify gaps in account structure, testing processes, conversion rates, targeting strategies, placements, bid strategies, and ad setup
- Research market, product, and competitive landscape proactively to contribute valuable strategic inputs
- Identify untapped niches, message-market fit gaps, emerging creative formats, and placement-specific performance opportunities
- Analyze funnel performance to identify gaps in post-click experience, including landing page optimization, mobile vs. desktop performance, cross-sells, and upsells
Strategic Video Inventory Optimization
- Pair video content with optimal new copy and resurface high-performing legacy copy to maximize video asset effectiveness
- Adjust post-click destinations strategically (sales pages, listicles, quizzes, VSL funnels) to optimize performance
- Suggest structural improvements and solve for bottlenecks in AOV, conversion rate, and backend monetization

You should have proven experience in performance media buying, particularly with DTC brands or e-commerce. Strong analytical skills, familiarity with major advertising platforms, and the ability to think strategically about customer journeys are essential. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment where you can own outcomes and collaborate cross-functionally with growth strategists.
