The Role
We are seeking a talented SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test) to join our quality assurance and testing infrastructure team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks and tools that ensure the reliability, performance, and quality of Meshy's 3D generative AI platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement comprehensive automated test suites for AI/ML pipelines, APIs, and 3D rendering systems
- Develop testing frameworks and tools to validate model generation accuracy, geometry quality, and texture fidelity
- Build CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure to enable continuous testing across distributed systems
- Collaborate with engineers to establish testing best practices and code quality standards
- Identify, document, and troubleshoot bugs in complex 3D AI systems
- Monitor test metrics, coverage, and system performance across production environments
- Contribute to scalable testing solutions for global infrastructure
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience as an SDET, QA engineer, or similar test automation role
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, C++, or Go
- Experience building and maintaining automated test frameworks
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices
- Understanding of API testing, integration testing, and performance testing
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
- Experience in distributed systems testing is a plus
Nice-to-Have
- Experience testing AI/ML systems or graphics applications
- Familiarity with 3D graphics pipelines or rendering
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Experience with GPU computing or parallel testing
