The Role

We're seeking a driven Account Executive with strong entrepreneurial instincts to join our 8-person sales team, reinforcing our mid-market segment (currently 3 AEs). You'll report to Maria, Senior Sales Manager, and be responsible for selling our Enterprise self-hosted plans to mid-sized technical organizations across Europe.

Full Ownership: You'll own the complete sales cycle end-to-end (typically 2–3 months), from initial discovery through negotiation to close. No hand-offs—just clear accountability and measurable impact.

Strong Foundation: With approximately 800 inbound leads monthly and a highly engaged developer community, you'll leverage significant inbound momentum while driving strategic outbound expansion.

Strategic Relationships: Build trusted advisor relationships with decision-makers across DevOps, Engineering, and IT. These technical buyers value experts who understand their infrastructure challenges, not just transactional salespeople.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute full sales cycles for Enterprise plan prospects in the DACH and broader European regions
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline through both inbound and outbound strategies
  • Conduct discovery calls with technical and business stakeholders
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to customer infrastructure needs
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals within target timeframes
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasting
  • Collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams to ensure customer success
