The Role

As a Mobile Engineer supporting RoadieXD™, Roadie's innovative cross-dock solution, you'll help build and maintain a cutting-edge warehousing mobile platform. Working with cross-functional teams, you'll deliver scalable, high-quality features that support warehouse operations and significantly improve user experience for logistics professionals.

What You'll Do

• Develop features for the warehousing mobile platform, including order management, barcode scanning, RFID label printing, and shipment tracking
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following industry best practices
• Support ongoing improvements to core app functionality and assist with prototyping innovative new features
• Integrate new scanning and printing devices into the mobile platform
• Maintain mobile repositories and support CI/CD workflows
• Collaborate with engineering, product, operations, and design teams to deliver cohesive solutions
• Partner with UX/UI designers to implement intuitive, user-friendly interfaces
• Apply best practices to optimize app performance, reliability, and maintainability
• Occasionally travel to warehouse locations to understand user needs and operational workflows firsthand

What You Bring

• 3+ years of professional software development experience
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart
• Proven track record building and shipping production mobile applications
• Strong familiarity with API integration and backend system collaboration
• Solid understanding of mobile architecture and UI/UX design principles
• Experience with native mobile development (Android or iOS) is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Strong collaborative abilities and clear communication skills
• Passion for learning and thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments
