The Role
We're seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to own and grow a defined enterprise territory across the East Coast. You will build pipeline, land net-new logos, and expand strategic accounts through a full-cycle, consultative enterprise motion targeting companies with 2,500+ employees.
This position is ideal for a sales professional who can sell to technical buyers (developers are our ideal customer profile), thrives in fast-growing SaaS environments, and uses structured sales methodologies like MEDDIC/MEDDPICC to drive predictable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Targets: Own and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets across your defined East Coast enterprise territory
- Pipeline Building: Proactively build pipeline with ≥50% of deals sourced by you through outbound prospecting and strategic territory/account planning
- Discovery & Qualification: Run deep discovery using MEDDIC/MEDDPICC methodology—uncovering pain points, business impact, decision processes, decision criteria, and confirming evidence before forecasting
- Full-Cycle Management: Manage enterprise sales cycles end-to-end: discovery, product demonstrations, technical validation, evaluations, proposals, procurement, and negotiations
- Technical Translation: Translate technical requirements into compelling business value propositions for C-suite and technical stakeholders
- Stakeholder Alignment: Guide evaluations and align multiple decision-makers across technical and business functions
- Strategic Account Expansion: Identify and execute expansion opportunities within existing enterprise accounts
What We're Looking For
You bring demonstrated success in enterprise software sales with expertise selling to technical buyers and developers. You're comfortable in consultative, complex sales cycles involving six and seven-figure deals. Your ability to build and execute territory plans, combined with strong prospecting skills and CRM discipline, sets you apart. You communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences and thrive in collaborative, fast-paced startup environments.
Experience with sales methodologies like MEDDIC/MEDDPICC is essential. You're self-motivated, data-driven, and committed to building long-term relationships that drive mutual success.
