About the Role

NBCUniversal is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Coordinator, Global Brand Standards to join our dynamic team in Universal City. This position plays a critical role in maintaining brand consistency and integrity across NBCUniversal's global portfolio of media, entertainment, and streaming properties.

As a Coordinator for Global Brand Standards, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring brand guidelines and standards across all NBCUniversal divisions and platforms. This includes ensuring compliance with brand identity standards, managing brand asset libraries, and supporting cross-functional teams in maintaining our brand's visual and verbal identity worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines and standards documentation for global use
  • Monitor brand compliance across digital, broadcast, print, and merchandise channels
  • Manage centralized brand asset libraries and digital asset management systems
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, legal, and business teams to ensure brand consistency
  • Provide guidance and training to internal teams on proper brand application and usage
  • Audit and review brand implementations across NBCUniversal properties and divisions
  • Identify brand inconsistencies and develop remediation plans
  • Support brand evolution initiatives and refreshes with documentation and rollout coordination
  • Maintain version control and update brand standards as needed
  • Prepare reports and analytics on brand compliance metrics

What We're Looking For

  • 2-4 years of experience in brand management, brand coordination, or similar marketing support role
  • Strong understanding of brand management principles, visual identity systems, and brand governance
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency with digital asset management systems and brand management platforms
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Experience working cross-functionally with multiple departments
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud (preferred)
  • Experience in media, entertainment, or consumer brand environments is a plus
