The Role
We're seeking a Commercial Customer Success Manager to ensure customers maximize value from Nooks and deliver exceptional experiences. This position requires wearing multiple hats across the customer lifecycle: onboarding new customers, proactively addressing adoption challenges, providing strategic content support, and managing the renewal process. Success in this role means relentlessly focusing on customer value as the foundation for renewals and expansion opportunities.
This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days per week in our San Francisco office to build company culture and foster team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 45 commercial accounts, maximizing Nooks' impact and value for users, stakeholders, and their business outcomes
- Onboard new customers seamlessly, ensuring smooth integration of Nooks into existing sales processes and workflows
- Analyze customer usage metrics and feature adoption to identify expansion opportunities and lead proactive upsell conversations
- Monitor customer health indicators and develop proactive retention strategies to address concerns before they escalate
- Provide technical support to customers as needed, serving as a trusted advisor
- Collaborate on developing scalable customer success approaches that meet customer needs efficiently without sacrificing quality
- Act as the voice of the customer within Nooks, delivering product feedback to ensure commercial customer requirements are met
Required Experience & Skills
- Sales domain expertise with demonstrated experience working alongside GTM stakeholders and sales leaders
- 2+ years of B2B SaaS Customer Success Manager experience managing portfolios of 45+ accounts with a proven track record of successful renewals
- 2+ years of product implementation and customer onboarding experience in SaaS environments
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities, build relationships, and drive customer outcomes in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical product capabilities into business value
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analyzing metrics and translating insights into action
