Role Summary

We seek a highly skilled Staff Fullstack Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications that directly impact healthcare delivery. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll implement robust solutions that enhance patient care and streamline critical healthcare processes using advanced AI and NLP technologies.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop responsive, high-performance web applications serving as the backbone of our healthcare AI platform
• Collaborate with product managers and UX/UI designers to translate requirements into technical designs and intuitive interfaces
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs enabling seamless integrations with healthcare systems and third-party services
• Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and CI/CD pipelines ensuring high reliability and maintainability
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the full stack, from front-end functionality to back-end infrastructure
• Mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and technical expertise to foster their professional growth
• Partner with data science teams to deploy machine learning and natural language processing algorithms into production environments
• Contribute to architectural decisions and code reviews, ensuring adherence to design principles and organizational standards
• Engage in agile development processes including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with proven expertise in fullstack development
• Strong proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) and backend technologies (Node.js, Python, Java, or Go)
• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing scalable APIs and microservices architectures
• Solid understanding of healthcare systems, HIPAA compliance, and healthcare data integration patterns
• Experience deploying and maintaining production systems with strong DevOps and CI/CD knowledge
• Proven track record mentoring engineers and contributing to technical leadership within teams
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Passion for leveraging technology to solve real-world healthcare challenges
