What You'll Do

You'll be the operational backbone of our Los Angeles division, enabling a team of 30+ to focus on core KPIs: raising capital and delivering world-class marketing technology.

  • Executive Partnership: Proactively manage the President's complex calendar and communications, ensuring they're prepared for all internal and external engagements.
  • Office Ownership: Independently run day-to-day office functions—keeping the office stocked, coordinating vendors, and maintaining a high-vibe environment that reflects our brand and aligns with broader office culture across Toronto and NYC.
  • Team Coordination: Serve as the central, in-person point of contact for 30+ team members, streamlining office communications, driving engagement, and organizing events that keep the team motivated and aligned.
  • Customer Obsession: Ensure all external-facing interactions with vendors, partners, and clients are handled with the highest level of professionalism and urgency.
  • Project Execution: Support the integration of marketing technology initiatives by handling administrative hurdles, allowing the technical team to focus on innovation.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar operational role in a fast-paced, scaling organization
  • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities with strong attention to detail
  • Outstanding communication skills—both written and verbal—with ability to interact professionally across all levels
  • Proficiency with calendar management tools, productivity software, and office management systems
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment while maintaining composure
  • Self-starter mentality with strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness
  • Experience coordinating events, managing office logistics, and vendor relationships
  • Understanding of fintech, SaaS, or tech startup environments is a plus
