About This Role
We are seeking an experienced Influence Manager to join our team and drive influence strategy for a major global beverage client. In this role, you will manage influencer relationships, develop influence campaigns, and execute strategic initiatives that align with brand objectives and market opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing strategies aligned with client objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with key influencers across relevant platforms
- Plan and oversee influencer campaign execution, from brief development to performance measurement
- Monitor influencer performance metrics and provide data-driven insights and recommendations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, media, and account teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery
- Stay current with influencer trends, platform algorithms, and emerging opportunities in the influence space
- Manage budgets and ensure ROI targets are met across influencer partnerships
- Provide regular reporting and strategic counsel to client stakeholders
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing influencer campaigns and partnerships, preferably in the beverage or FMCG sector
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing platforms, analytics, and measurement frameworks
- Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinking with ability to translate client briefs into actionable influence plans
- Experience with social media platforms and content trends
- Strong project management and organizational capabilities
- Ability to work effectively in collaborative, fast-paced agency environments
