The Role

As a Partner Success Manager at Payabli, you are the north star for our partners—their trusted advisor and advocate as they navigate their payments journey post-integration. You'll serve as the single source of truth, guiding partners to measurable success while ensuring they maximize the value of Payabli's platform.

This is a strategic, relationship-driven role where you'll own a portfolio of partner accounts, acting as the bridge between their business objectives and our cross-functional teams. Whether working with banking partners, HOA management platforms, vertical SaaS companies, or other specialized industries, you'll become the subject matter expert who understands their unique challenges and opportunities.

You'll proactively drive adoption, identify growth opportunities, mitigate risks, and ensure that every partner relationship is set up for long-term success. This isn't just account management—it's strategic partnership at scale.

Strategic Partner Management

  • Own the post-integration experience for a portfolio of partner accounts, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor
  • Build deep, consultative relationships with key stakeholders including executives, product leaders, and technical teams
  • Develop customized success plans that align partner business objectives with Payabli's capabilities and roadmap
  • Act as the voice of the partner internally, ensuring their needs are understood and prioritized across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations teams

Partner Enablement & Adoption

  • Drive platform adoption by coordinating training, feature rollouts, and strategic touchpoints tailored to each partner's needs
  • Create and maintain comprehensive partner documentation, playbooks, and best practice guides
  • Monitor adoption metrics and engagement indicators, identifying gaps and opportunities to increase platform value realization
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and peer learning opportunities across the partner ecosystem

Growth & Revenue Impact

  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing partnerships, including upsell and cross-sell potential aligned with partner growth trajectories
  • Work collaboratively with Sales to develop pipeline opportunities and support contract renewals and expansions
  • Demonstrate clear ROI and measurable business impact for partner investments in Payabli's platform

Relationship & Risk Management

  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance, celebrate wins, and address challenges
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks that could impact partner success or retention
  • Serve as the escalation point for partner concerns, ensuring swift and thoughtful resolution
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of partner business models, competitive landscapes, and industry trends

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or partner management roles, preferably in fintech, payments, or B2B SaaS
  • Proven track record of building and nurturing strategic partnerships that drive measurable business outcomes
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence at all levels of an organization
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to define success metrics, track KPIs, and present data-driven insights
  • Deep understanding of payments infrastructure, embedded payments, or vertical SaaS markets (a plus)
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations teams
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to operate independently while contributing to team success
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
