The Role
The Senior Solutions Engineer at Payabli is a pivotal role that drives post-sales integration projects for new Payabli vertical software partners and integration enhancements for existing partners. We expect you to have incredible leadership skills, be a self-starter, operate with an extreme sense of urgency at all times, and be execution-focused. You will work closely with our Sales Engineers on project solutioning and ensure a high-quality process. As the Project Manager for partner implementations, you'll work alongside Account Management, Operations, and other teams to ensure smooth implementations with error-free launches. You will also become an absolute expert in all of our Products, APIs, and interfaces while enthusiastically engaging both technical and non-technical customers.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Integration Consultant & Product Expert
- Translate business requirements into unique technical solutions tailored to partner needs
- Conduct discovery calls to create and manage comprehensive integration plans for software partners
- Design and present tailored integration project plans that align with partner business expectations and drive execution
- Operate in an AI-first mindset to innovate and improve integration processes
Project Manager and Documentation
- Track and report on project logs, key performance indicators, and drive constant improvement
- Collaborate with Account Managers on partner launch and go-to-market success initiatives
- Transfer integration plans into ongoing production reference documentation for partners and internal support teams
Technical Leadership & Customer Success
- Lead technical implementation calls and provide hands-on guidance to partner development teams
- Ensure seamless API integration and troubleshoot technical challenges in real-time
- Champion partner success by identifying optimization opportunities and best practices
- Build strong relationships across technical and non-technical stakeholders
