The Role
As a Performance Marketer, you'll work directly with our Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) in a hands-on, key execution role. You'll manage our high-volume paid acquisition channels and own the end-to-end user acquisition process—from campaign setup and creative iteration to data analysis and performance reporting.
This is a fast-paced learning environment where you'll have autonomy in daily execution paired with continuous guidance and feedback from senior leadership. You'll drive measurable growth across multiple paid channels while optimizing for cost-efficiency and user quality.
What You'll Do
- Execute and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across multiple platforms
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, targeting, and landing pages
- Analyze campaign performance data and identify optimization opportunities
- Manage campaign budgets and track ROI across channels
- Collaborate with creative and product teams to refine messaging
- Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs and performance trends
- Scale successful campaigns while maintaining efficient cost-per-acquisition
- Stay current with platform updates and industry best practices
Who You Are
- 2+ years of performance marketing or user acquisition experience
- Proven expertise with paid advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.)
- Strong analytical mindset with comfort working in data-driven environments
- Experience with marketing analytics tools and spreadsheet modeling
- Self-motivated with ability to execute autonomously and take ownership
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Passion for growth and optimization in fast-moving startups
