About This Opportunity
Pickle is a peer-to-peer fashion rental platform where people rent and lend outfits within their communities. We're expanding into new markets and recruiting Growth Fellows and Brand Ambassadors to help bring Pickle to life locally. This is your chance to gain real startup experience while driving growth in your market.
The Role
As a Pickle Growth Fellow, you'll play a hands-on role in scaling Pickle in your market. You'll show up in real life on a weekly basis to host pop-ups, activate Pickle around key local moments, build partnerships, and drive downloads and usage. This track is designed for people who want genuine operating experience and are excited to hustle on the ground.
Alternatively, as a Pickle Brand Ambassador, you'll support Pickle in a lighter-weight way by leveraging your existing network—sharing it with friends, group chats, clubs, or communities you're already part of. This track is flexible, shorter-term, and designed to fit alongside school or other commitments.
What You'll Do (Growth Fellow Track)
- Plan and execute pop-ups, local events, and activations to drive brand awareness
- Build and nurture partnerships with local businesses, influencers, and community organizations
- Drive user acquisition and engagement through on-the-ground marketing efforts
- Collect user feedback and report insights back to the Pickle team
- Create buzz around Pickle in your local market through creative, scrappy tactics
Program Details
Growth Fellow Track:
- Duration: 3-month program (opportunity to extend based on performance)
- Time Commitment: ~8–10 hours/week, flexible schedule
- Compensation: Monthly stipend + Pickle credits + performance-based bonuses (top Fellows can earn $1,000+/month)
Brand Ambassador Track:
- Duration: ~1-month commitment
- Time Commitment: ~1–2 hours/week
- Compensation: Pickle credits + exclusive perks
