The Role: Agency Partner Manager – UK
This is a unique opportunity to build and scale Polar's partnerships program from the UK market. You'll drive strategic growth, shape the future of eCommerce partnerships, and make a direct impact in a high-growth, fast-paced environment. You'll work in tandem with our North American Partnerships Manager to develop strategy and execute on partnership growth across your region.

What Success Looks Like
You'll be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing strategic partnerships that drive mutual growth. You'll develop partnership strategy for your region, manage partner relationships throughout their lifecycle, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure partners succeed with Polar. Your success metrics will be clear, and you'll own them.
