The Opportunity

Join Postman's sales development team as an Account Development Representative (ADR) focused on Dutch-speaking markets. In this role, you'll uncover business needs for Strategic and Enterprise Accounts, building a qualified pipeline for the sales organization. You'll collaborate closely with marketing, sales enablement, and management to create targeted campaigns and develop prospects through qualification stages. Your work will establish superior customer experiences that lay the groundwork for future product sales.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with the Account Development Manager and cross-functional teams to identify and generate new and expansion business opportunities within strategic target accounts
  • Meet or exceed committed targets by engaging qualified leads and enabling progression through the sales cycle
  • Qualify opportunities by understanding prospect business challenges and educating them on Postman's product value
  • Conduct detailed research within targeted accounts to identify key decision-makers and critical business information
  • Identify and target strategic new prospects that will accelerate territory growth
  • Engage with prospects identified through marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Develop expertise in sales prospecting platforms, tools, and CRM applications
  • Prescribe relevant campaigns and events based on identified customer challenges to drive engagement
  • Build superior customer service relationships with prospects to ensure positive experiences
  • Self-audit activities to ensure accuracy and continuous improvement
  • Maintain current knowledge of Postman's product, competitive offerings, and market dynamics
  • Update lead status and prospect interactions in CRM systems daily
  • Master sales enablement tools and best practices

About You

  • 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or related field
  • Fluent in Dutch with strong communication abilities in English
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong research and analytical capabilities
  • Comfortable with CRM platforms and sales technology
  • Passion for understanding customer needs and creating value
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams
