Role Purpose
The Project Manager, Intake Operations is responsible for leading cross-functional campaign launches, technology enhancements, and operational improvement initiatives across the organization. This role combines project management, quality assurance (QA), and business analysis to ensure efficient execution, accurate documentation, and seamless system integrations. The Project Manager partners closely with executive leadership and departmental stakeholders to prioritize initiatives, optimize workflows, and drive operational excellence through data-driven insights.
This is a full-time position available in our Lake Mary, Florida office or as a remote role.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management & Coordination
- Lead end-to-end execution of new campaign launches and relaunches across multiple departments
- Drive process improvements and leverage data analytics to increase campaign efficiency and speed to market
- Maintain and manage centralized campaign tracking tools (e.g., ADO, Monday.com) to ensure visibility and accountability
- Facilitate recurring cross-functional meetings to align on priorities, timelines, and deliverables
- Conduct periodic workflow reviews to ensure alignment with evolving technologies and business needs
Business Analysis & Requirements Management
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements, use cases, and workflows
- Develop and maintain intake processes, approval workflows, and supporting documentation
- Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support operational consistency and scalability
Quality Assurance & Testing
- Lead QA and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts for system enhancements, integrations, and CRM updates
- Partner with technical teams to validate functionality and ensure successful implementation
- Document test results, identify defects, and recommend improvements to enhance system performance and reliability

💰 Compensation: Annual base salary of $95,000 to $110,000, depending on experience, plus discretionary bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits package.
