Role Overview
Nooks is seeking a talented and ambitious Product Designer to join the design team in a hybrid capacity (minimum 3 days per week) at the Financial District office in San Francisco. You'll have the rare opportunity to join during a period of hypergrowth, with revenue scaling rapidly and ARR increasing 5x since the Series B round in September 2024.
In this role, you'll work directly with founders and collaborate closely with product and engineering teams composed of ex-YC founding engineers, former founders, and other high-caliber talent. You'll design and ship AI products for industry-leading customers across diverse verticals.
Key Responsibilities
Own the complete design process from concept through execution, ensuring seamless and delightful user experiences
Take ownership of product surface areas across flagship products including AI Dialer, AI Coaching, AI Studio, and SEP (Sales Engagement Platform)
Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs aligned with business objectives and user needs
Conduct user research, collect feedback, and iterate on designs to maximize usability and engagement metrics
Partner with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility and successful implementation
Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems ensuring visual and interaction consistency across the platform
Champion user-centered design principles and foster a strong design culture within the organization
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of experience designing innovative, high-quality consumer products with demonstrated mastery of visual and interaction design
Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional visual craft including composition, typography, color theory, and cohesive design system creation
Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design patterns, and visual design best practices
Experience conducting user research and leveraging findings to inform design decisions
Proficiency with industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design rationale to cross-functional teams
Passion for creating delightful user experiences and drive to impact product outcomes
