The Role
As Product Manager for Medevolve, you'll own a product area end-to-end and deliver measurable outcomes that drive adoption, retention, and revenue. This is a strategic leadership position where you'll combine customer insights, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to shape the future of healthcare billing technology.
What You'll Do
- Conduct customer research and competitive analysis to identify market gaps and validate product opportunities that address real pain points in healthcare billing.
- Define and own 2-3 key OKRs and measure progress monthly against both leading and lagging indicators to ensure accountability and impact.
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria before engineering begins, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams.
- Partner with design, marketing, and sales to validate go-to-market positioning and support launch planning that resonates with healthcare decision-makers.
- Run A/B tests, feature flags, and pilot programs to reduce launch risk and make data-driven decisions when scaling new features.
- Monitor product health post-launch by tracking adoption metrics, support volume, and retention rates to identify friction points and optimization opportunities.
What We're Looking For
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 4+ years of product management experience or equivalent strategic product work in early-stage startups or high-growth roles demonstrating your ability to move fast and iterate.
- Proven ability to define success metrics, track progress rigorously, and make pivot decisions grounded in data rather than intuition.
- Cross-functional leadership experience with engineering and design teams—influencing roadmap decisions and driving alignment without direct authority.
- Demonstrated customer discovery skills through interviews, support data analysis, or feedback loops that have directly shaped product direction and outcomes.
- Comfort with ambiguity and shipping incomplete products with a clear plan to improve based on real user feedback and behavioral data.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Healthcare, software, or B2B SaaS experience relevant to revenue cycle management, billing, or healthcare operations.
- Track record scaling products from early traction to meaningful adoption or revenue impact, demonstrating your ability to grow markets.
- Experience working with complex, regulated industries or enterprise healthcare customers.
- Familiarity with AI/ML product applications in business operations or financial services.
