About the Role
Raketech is seeking a passionate and strategic Publisher Growth Manager to drive expansion across our publisher network in Nordic markets. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, you'll be responsible for identifying high-potential partnerships, strengthening existing relationships, and unlocking new growth opportunities across Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Denmark. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of iGaming in one of the world's most dynamic regions.
As a Publisher Growth Manager, you'll act as a strategic partner to publishers, combining deep market insight, rigorous performance analysis, and commercial acumen to scale traffic, improve conversion rates, and maximise long-term partnership value. This role is ideal for someone with strong knowledge of the Nordic iGaming landscape, a proven growth mindset, and the ability to build and expand high-performing publisher relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new publisher partnerships within Nordic markets, focusing on long-term growth potential and strategic fit
- Manage and nurture existing publisher relationships, serving as a trusted strategic advisor to optimise performance metrics
- Design and execute market-specific growth initiatives tailored to Nordic user behaviour, emerging trends, and regulatory requirements
- Analyse traffic, conversion, and revenue data to identify performance opportunities and implement data-driven improvements
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including SEO, Product, and Commercial to align on cohesive growth strategies
- Build and execute expansion plans to increase Raketech's presence across key Nordic channels and high-impact publishers
- Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape developments across the Nordic region
- Proactively contribute strategic ideas to enhance publisher performance and shape overall market strategy
- Own and deliver against KPIs related to traffic growth, revenue generation, and market expansion targets
