Senior SEO Manager

About the Role

Raketech is seeking a Senior SEO Manager to lead and scale SEO strategy across all disciplines—technical, on-page, and off-page. This is a hands-on strategic position where you'll set direction, execute high-impact projects, and mentor junior SEOs. You'll work closely with product, engineering, content, and design teams to ensure SEO excellence across the organization. This role owns a critical growth channel with significant business impact.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead SEO Strategy: Define and deliver a clear roadmap aligned with business goals. Mentor junior SEOs and represent SEO initiatives across cross-functional teams to drive organizational alignment.
• Own Technical SEO: Oversee comprehensive SEO audits, website migrations, crawl and indexation optimization, Core Web Vitals improvements, structured data implementation, and international SEO strategies.
• Drive Content Visibility: Shape keyword strategy, enforce SEO best practices throughout the organization, and partner with content teams to scale optimized content that ranks for high-value search terms.
• Build Authority: Oversee and execute high-quality link acquisition programs and digital PR strategies to grow domain authority and competitive positioning.
• Performance Reporting: Track key performance indicators, analyze trends, and deliver actionable insights that inform strategic decisions and demonstrate SEO impact.
• Industry Leadership: Stay ahead of SEO algorithm changes, industry advancements, and emerging best practices to keep Raketech competitive.

What Success Looks Like

• Delivering a clear, prioritized SEO roadmap that directly aligns with and supports business goals and revenue targets.
• Achieving measurable performance improvements across technical health metrics (Core Web Vitals, crawl efficiency, indexation rates), organic visibility, and qualified traffic from high-value keywords.
• Building sustainable off-page authority while developing junior SEOs into confident, independent contributors capable of leading their own initiatives.
