About This Role

As a React Native Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms. You'll work collaboratively with our product, design, and backend engineering teams to deliver seamless user experiences and robust functionality. Your expertise in React Native will be critical in helping us build scalable, maintainable mobile solutions that delight our users.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native framework
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and backend developers
• Debug and troubleshoot application issues, optimizing performance across different devices and OS versions
• Implement responsive UI components and ensure consistent user experience
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes
• Stay current with React Native updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services into mobile applications
• Manage version control using Git and participate in agile development cycles

Required Skills & Experience

• React Native: Proven experience developing production-grade mobile applications with React Native
• JavaScript/TypeScript: Strong proficiency in JavaScript, with TypeScript experience preferred
• Mobile Development: Solid understanding of iOS and Android development principles and platform-specific considerations
• UI/UX Implementation: Experience translating design mockups into functional, responsive interfaces
• API Integration: Demonstrated experience integrating RESTful APIs and handling asynchronous operations
• State Management: Familiarity with state management libraries such as Redux, Context API, or similar solutions
• Testing: Knowledge of testing frameworks and best practices for mobile applications
• Version Control: Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin) development
• Familiarity with popular React Native libraries and packages
• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for mobile applications
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
