Reddit Growth Specialist – Contract Remote

About This Role

We are seeking a talented Reddit Growth Specialist to join our team at Brainbox Automations on a contract basis. This is a fully remote position ideal for someone with proven expertise in Reddit marketing, community engagement, and organic growth strategies. You'll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive Reddit growth campaigns that drive user acquisition, engagement, and brand awareness across multiple subreddits and communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic Reddit growth campaigns aligned with company objectives
• Identify and engage with relevant subreddit communities, moderators, and audience segments
• Create compelling, authentic content optimized for Reddit's unique platform dynamics and culture
• Monitor Reddit metrics, analytics, and community sentiment to measure campaign performance
• Build and nurture community relationships through consistent, genuine engagement and participation
• Optimize posting schedules, content formats, and messaging based on subreddit-specific best practices
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align Reddit initiatives with broader business goals
• Track competitor activity and industry trends to identify growth opportunities
• Report on KPIs including reach, engagement rates, member growth, and conversion metrics

Required Qualifications

• Proven track record of successfully growing Reddit communities or accounts (portfolio/case studies required)
• Deep understanding of Reddit's community culture, rules, and best practices
• Excellent copywriting and content creation skills adapted for Reddit audiences
• Experience with Reddit analytics tools and third-party social media management platforms
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and optimize strategies
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with organic growth tactics and knowledge of Reddit's algorithm

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience growing multiple successful subreddits from scratch
• Background in community management or social media marketing
• Knowledge of Reddit API and automation tools (within platform guidelines)
