We are hiring a Regional Operations Specialist to support operations across the Africa region. This role is central to ensuring smooth coordination between teams, improving internal processes, and enhancing the overall colleague experience in a fast-paced, international environment.
Key Responsibilities
Colleague Experience
- Support onboarding processes (devices, system access, internal tools)
- Act as a point of contact for internal processes and documentation
- Assist with employee feedback tracking and reporting
- Coordinate regional events, retreats, and team activities
- Support wellbeing and Duty of Care initiatives
Operations & Administration
- Analyze operational and workforce data to support decision-making
- Maintain internal knowledge bases and documentation
- Ensure smooth coordination of recurring operational processes
- Assist with travel planning and logistics across the region
Recruitment & Coordination
- Build and manage talent pipelines aligned with hiring needs
- Lead recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding
- Support hiring managers with best practices and decision-making
- Coordinate with central teams on tools, systems, and processes
- Support rollout of internal platforms (e.g., MS365, knowledge tools)
Requirements
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in operations, consulting, or administration
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with experience in data and reporting
- Fluent in English (French is a plus)
- Experience in international or multi-country environments is preferred
