Job Overview

We are hiring a Regional Operations Specialist to support operations across the Africa region. This role is central to ensuring smooth coordination between teams, improving internal processes, and enhancing the overall colleague experience in a fast-paced, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

Colleague Experience

  • Support onboarding processes (devices, system access, internal tools)
  • Act as a point of contact for internal processes and documentation
  • Assist with employee feedback tracking and reporting
  • Coordinate regional events, retreats, and team activities
  • Support wellbeing and Duty of Care initiatives

Operations & Administration

  • Analyze operational and workforce data to support decision-making
  • Maintain internal knowledge bases and documentation
  • Ensure smooth coordination of recurring operational processes
  • Assist with travel planning and logistics across the region

Recruitment & Coordination

  • Build and manage talent pipelines aligned with hiring needs
  • Lead recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding
  • Support hiring managers with best practices and decision-making
  • Coordinate with central teams on tools, systems, and processes
  • Support rollout of internal platforms (e.g., MS365, knowledge tools)

Requirements

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in operations, consulting, or administration
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with experience in data and reporting
  • Fluent in English (French is a plus)
  • Experience in international or multi-country environments is preferred
