The Role

The Partnerships Team is seeking a stellar Senior Field Sales Representative to drive Roofr's partner enablement program across North America. This position is perfect for someone with a background in roofing supply, manufacturing, or related adjacent industries who excels at building strategic partnerships and enabling partners to achieve growth.

As the main point of contact for assigned partners, you will be responsible for deepening relationships, enabling partner sales representatives with product knowledge and tools, and driving net-new revenue opportunities. You'll work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and the broader partnerships team to execute on key initiatives that expand Roofr's reach within the roofing supply vertical.

What You'll Do

  • Own and nurture existing branch relationships, enabling their sales teams to identify and pursue new opportunities in your territory
  • Drive partner growth through targeted engagement and partner enablement programs
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners on all Roofr-related matters
  • Deliver comprehensive product training and onboarding support for new and existing partners
  • Plan, forecast, and achieve monthly and quarterly departmental objectives and sales quotas
  • Organize and host localized community events, meetings, and engagement activities
  • Deliver product updates and training through in-person and virtual presentations
  • Travel to partner sites and locations regularly (estimated 1–2 weeks per month)
  • Master Roofr's PRM and CRM platforms for partner-related updates and management
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, customer success, revenue operations, and support leaders to define priorities and resolve issues

What You Bring

  • Proven background in roofing supply, manufacturing, or adjacent industries
  • Strong track record in field sales, account management, and partnership development
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and persuade
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet sales quotas consistently
  • Comfort with travel (1–2 weeks monthly) to partner locations across North America
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales enablement tools
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and customer-focused mindset
