Sales Executive – National CPG Headquarters

Avery Dennison is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our National CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) Headquarters team on a fully remote basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional to make a significant impact within a global organization renowned for innovation and excellence in adhesive technologies and labeling solutions.

As a Sales Executive in our CPG division, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives that drive revenue growth across key national accounts. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and operations to deliver exceptional value to our customers and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and cultivate relationships with national CPG clients and decision-makers
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue potential and market penetration
  • Present product solutions and value propositions tailored to customer needs and industry challenges
  • Manage sales pipelines and forecast revenue accurately using CRM systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand market reach
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in B2B or CPG industries
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and consultative selling approaches
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • Comfortable working in a fully remote environment with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling adhesive products, labeling solutions, or related materials
  • Knowledge of CPG industry trends, regulations, and supply chain dynamics
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets consistently
  • Experience with major account management and enterprise-level negotiations
