Role Overview

As a Senior Manager, Digital Product Management, you will lead the strategy, development, and optimization of Scout's Utilities and Tools ecosystem. These critical platforms support operational workflows including user and role management, task orchestration, fleet oversight, charging operations, and cross-functional digital utilities. You will deliver intuitive, dependable, and high-productivity tools that enhance customer experiences while enabling Commercial Operations and internal teams to work efficiently and scale with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Scout's Utilities and Tools ecosystem
  • Lead development of core platform capabilities, including user/role management, task automation, fleet tools, charging operations, and shared digital utilities
  • Deliver intuitive, efficient tools that enhance productivity and operational reliability for internal and external users
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, Commercial Operations, IT, and cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing applications
  • Guide integrations with enterprise systems, APIs, and data services that support end-to-end operational workflows
  • Define clear requirements, success metrics, and readiness plans to ensure strong execution and product quality
  • Lead rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement of utilities and tools across business functions
  • Mentor and develop product management team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to inform product strategy
  • Communicate progress, challenges, and recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders
