About the Role

Cielo2 is seeking a talented Senior Brand & Digital Consultant with German language proficiency to join our growing team on a fully remote basis. As a Senior Brand & Digital Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies and digital campaigns for our clients. This position requires someone who understands the nuances of brand positioning, digital marketing channels, and can effectively communicate with German-speaking stakeholders and markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated brand strategies that align with client objectives and market positioning
• Lead digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms including social media, content marketing, and performance advertising
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategic recommendations
• Manage client relationships and serve as a primary point of contact for German-speaking clients
• Create compelling brand narratives and content strategies that resonate with target audiences
• Collaborate with internal teams including designers, copywriters, and developers to execute campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide detailed reporting and insights
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging digital technologies, and best practices in brand management
• Present findings, recommendations, and results to clients with clear communication in both English and German
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of team capabilities

Required Qualifications

• Fluent German language skills (written and spoken) – essential for client communication and strategy development
• 5+ years of experience in brand strategy, digital marketing, or related consulting roles
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand and digital campaigns
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and analytics platforms
• Excellent project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously
• Strategic thinking combined with practical, results-oriented execution
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities in English and German
• Experience with market research methodologies and consumer insights
