The Role
We are seeking a skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer with a strong focus on front-end development to join our small but rapidly growing cross-functional product team. You will be highly product-minded and proactive in working with non-technical team members to lead on scoping, solution design, and delivery of projects. You'll execute this work with autonomy while asking the right questions to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading full stack development with emphasis on creating exceptional front-end experiences
- Collaborating with product, design, and business teams to define and deliver features
- Architecting scalable solutions for our art platform serving millions of users
- Mentoring junior developers and contributing to technical culture
- Owning projects from conception through deployment and optimization
- Writing clean, maintainable code and establishing best practices
