Position Overview

We're seeking an English-fluent Senior Graphic Designer based in Brazil to join our remote team. This is a leadership-oriented role that combines hands-on design execution with mentorship responsibilities. You'll work with a collaborative team to produce high-quality retail and e-commerce design assets while providing guidance to junior designers.

The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, embraces change while maintaining meticulous attention to detail, and is proactive about continuous learning and skill improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and adapt design toolkits into retailer-ready assets including PDP imagery, e-commerce brand stores, display ads, circulars, emails, shelf blades, and retail media units
• Uphold exceptionally high craft standards, ensuring brand consistency, visual clarity, and adherence to individual retailer guidelines across all deliverables
• Produce static and lightweight motion or dynamic assets across both digital and print formats to meet diverse campaign requirements
• Conduct detailed quality control checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with briefs, sizing specifications, layouts, brand standards, and retailer requirements
• Review and refine work produced by junior designers, providing clear direction and actionable feedback to elevate team output
• Provide day-to-day support, guidance, and informal leadership to 1-2 designers, fostering their professional development
• Help cultivate a collaborative, growth-oriented studio environment that values consistency, efficiency, and continuous skill development
• Inspire and coach designers to deliver designs that exceed client expectations and maintain the highest quality standards
• Work within established studio workflows and asset-management systems to ensure timely, accurate, and organized file delivery
• Flag capacity needs and participate in resource planning with the Design Director when workloads shift or expand
• Partner closely with Unite Field Teams, U.S. account leads, and the NY Concept team to clarify briefs, interpret feedback, and ensure alignment across markets
• Ensure seamless hand-offs by translating conceptual guidance into execution-ready layouts and production-ready files
• Build clean, visually compelling presentations and mock-ups for internal reviews and retailer sell-in meetings
• Incorporate feedback quickly and precisely, maintaining quality standards even under tight timelines
• Collaborate with U.S. team members to quickly edit and refine high-quality presentation slide decks for retailer priorities
• When requested, contribute to early design exploration, visual territory development, or rapid concepting aligned to brand insights, positioning, and retail strategy

What We're Looking For

• Senior-level graphic design experience with a proven portfolio demonstrating retail, e-commerce, and brand asset design work
• Strong proficiency in design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and motion graphics tools
• Exceptional eye for detail with ability to maintain brand consistency across multiple formats and retailer specifications
• Experience managing and mentoring junior designers with coaching and constructive feedback
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to work efficiently within established workflows and asset-management systems
• Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple concurrent projects and tight deadlines
• Collaborative mindset with proven ability to work across distributed teams and time zones
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous skill development
• Experience with e-commerce platforms and understanding of retail requirements is a plus
