  • OT Security Implementation: Direct operationalization of security protocols specific to Operational Technology systems—critical for pharmaceutical production environments and regulatory compliance (FDA, EMA, GAMP guidelines)
  • Risk & Compliance: Ensure all projects meet pharmaceutical industry compliance requirements including 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP 5, and GxP standards
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives, IT teams, operations management, quality assurance, and external consultants to align technical solutions with business objectives
  • Team Coordination: Direct technical teams including network engineers, security specialists, systems administrators, and external vendors
  • Vendor Management: Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with technology vendors and implementation partners
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, status reports, and risk assessments for executive and regulatory review

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of IT project management experience, with minimum 3 years in pharmaceutical or highly regulated industries
  • Demonstrated expertise in IT Infrastructure project delivery (enterprise systems, networking, cloud infrastructure)
  • Strong knowledge of Operational Technology (OT) Security and industrial control systems (ICS)

  • Proven PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification
  • Experience managing projects with budgets exceeding $500K
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional stakeholder engagement
  • Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, or similar)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities in complex technical environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • CISSP, CCSK, or OT-specific security certifications (e.g., GICSP)
  • Experience with pharmaceutical manufacturing systems (SCADA, MES, ERP)
