The Role
We are seeking a hungry, talented Senior Product Designer to join our growing design team in a hybrid capacity (3+ days per week) at our Financial District office in San Francisco. You'll work directly with founders and collaborate closely with product and engineering teams comprised of ex-YC founding engineers, former founders, and experienced technologists to ship AI-powered products for our industry-leading customer base across diverse verticals.

Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end design process, from initial concept through execution, ensuring seamless and delightful user experiences across all touchpoints.
Own product surface areas across key products including AI Dialer, AI Coaching, AI Studio, and SEP (Sales Engagement Platform).
Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs that align with both business objectives and user needs.
Conduct user research, gather qualitative and quantitative feedback, and iterate on designs to optimize usability, engagement, and conversion.
Work collaboratively with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility, technical implementation, and shipping excellence.
Develop and maintain a cohesive design system that ensures consistency, scalability, and efficiency across the entire platform.
Champion user-centered design principles and actively contribute to building a strong design culture within the organization.
Required Qualifications
6+ years of professional experience crafting innovative, high-quality consumer and B2B products with exceptional visual and interaction design skills.
Strong portfolio demonstrating mastery of visual craft, including composition, typography, color theory, and the ability to create cohesive, scalable design systems.
Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design best practices, and visual design standards that elevate user experience.
Proficiency with industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent platforms.
Experience with user research methodologies, usability testing, and data-informed design decision-making.
Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design rationale to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Self-motivated, collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
