Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to drive the development and growth of our fintech products. In this role, you will spearhead product strategy, own the product roadmap, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver best-in-class solutions comparable to those at leading tech organizations such as FAANG companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for fintech products, aligned with business goals and customer needs
• Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, data, operations) through the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration
• Gather and prioritize customer requirements using data-driven methodologies to inform product decisions
• Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback for continuous product improvement
• Work closely with leadership and stakeholders to align product initiatives and define success metrics
• Drive go-to-market plans, incorporating feedback to optimize product performance post-launch
• Champion a culture of innovation and user-centricity across teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably with significant exposure to fintech or fast-paced tech companies
• Demonstrated success managing tech product lifecycles with a portfolio of shipped products
• Exceptional data analysis, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills
• Experience collaborating with technical and non-technical teams in matrix organizations
• Superior communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Self-starter with bias for action and passion for excellence

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience at or with FAANG-level tech companies or comparable fast-scaling environments
• Deep understanding of fintech products, digital payments, or financial services
• Track record of launching products that achieved significant user adoption or revenue impact
• Experience with agile development methodologies and product analytics tools
