About the Role
As a Service Delivery Specialist, you will own the day-to-day execution of service delivery across a portfolio of districts aligned to National, East, or West regional accounts. You'll lead delivery conversations, manage provider alignment, and ensure referrals are fulfilled on time and in line with Presence's revenue goals.
You'll work cross-functionally to align the right providers to the right students, ensuring they are set up for success and delivering services that meet the Presence Standard for clinical quality. This role requires a strong business mindset, clear communication, and the ability to guide districts toward solutions that reflect our proven delivery model while maintaining the highest expectations for therapy excellence.
To stay connected, all employees commit to being available on-camera during our Core Working Hours (Monday–Friday, 12–5 p.m. ET) with standard business hours of 9 a.m.–6 p.m. in your local time zone. For this role, limited travel may be required for team offsites or key district visits.
Key Responsibilities
District Execution & Ownership:
- Own day-to-day service delivery execution across assigned districts, managing a portfolio tied to annual revenue targets aligned to National, East, or West regional accounts
- Lead delivery conversations with district stakeholders, ensuring alignment and progress toward contract goals
- Guide district partners toward solutions aligned with Presence's service model
- Manage provider alignment and ensure referrals are fulfilled on time and within quality standards
- Track performance metrics and report on service delivery outcomes against regional targets
Clinical Quality & Provider Management:
- Ensure providers are matched appropriately to student needs and district requirements
- Maintain accountability for clinical quality standards aligned with Presence's delivery model
- Facilitate communication between clinicians, school administrators, and Presence leadership
- Identify gaps in service delivery and develop solutions collaboratively
Business Alignment & Growth:
- Drive expansion opportunities within existing district partnerships
- Contribute to revenue goals through effective service delivery and stakeholder management
- Identify and escalate risks to service delivery that could impact contract performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical, operations, and account management
Communication & Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with district leadership, school administrators, and clinical staff
- Communicate proactively about service delivery status, challenges, and successes
- Participate in team offsites and school/district visits to strengthen partnerships
- Document processes and maintain clear records of service delivery agreements and outcomes

You have experience managing complex service delivery across multiple stakeholders and can balance business objectives with clinical quality standards. Your communication style is clear and professional, and you're comfortable having difficult conversations when needed to advance service delivery goals.
You're detail-oriented and analytical, capable of tracking multiple district portfolios simultaneously while maintaining focus on key performance indicators. You understand K–12 school environments and have experience working with education stakeholders, school administrators, or similar institutional partners. Your ability to listen, adapt, and guide teams toward collaborative solutions makes you effective in matrix environments.
