About the Role

ServiceNow is seeking an experienced Global Partner Manager, Leader to join our dynamic partner ecosystem team. This remote position offers the opportunity to lead and develop strategic partnerships on a global scale, driving business growth and market expansion through collaborative relationships with key technology and service partners.

As a Global Partner Manager, Leader, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value strategic partnerships across multiple regions and markets. This leadership role requires a proven track record in partner relationship management, business development, and the ability to cultivate long-term relationships that generate mutual value for ServiceNow and our partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of partner managers, providing strategic direction and support for partner engagement across EMEA, APAC, Americas, and other key markets
  • Develop and execute partner strategy that aligns with ServiceNow's business objectives and market opportunities
  • Manage relationships with strategic technology partners, resellers, integrators, and ecosystem partners to ensure mutual growth and success
  • Identify and onboard new high-potential partners while nurturing existing relationships to maximize partnership value
  • Drive partner enablement programs, including training, certification, marketing development funds (MDF), and co-selling initiatives
  • Monitor partner performance against KPIs and SLAs, implementing improvement plans where necessary
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless partner integration and support
  • Prepare and present partner performance reports, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Attend partner events, conferences, and trade shows to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities
  • Negotiate partner agreements, contracts, and terms to ensure favourable outcomes for both parties

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in partner management, business development, or similar roles in enterprise software, SaaS, or technology industries
  • 3+ years of proven team leadership and people management experience
  • Demonstrated success managing strategic partnerships and ecosystem relationships globally
  • Strong understanding of channel partner models, reseller agreements, and partnership economics
  • Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
  • Ability to develop business strategies and execute partner initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence at executive levels
  • Experience with CRM systems and partner relationship management tools
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in cloud computing, enterprise software, or digital transformation platforms
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow products and ecosystem
  • Knowledge of international markets and cross-cultural business practices
  • Track record of building and scaling partner programs from concept to execution
  • Experience with partner marketing initiatives and co-marketing programs
