About the Role

ServiceNow is seeking a strategic and results-driven Global Partner Seller for the Americas to join our dynamic sales organization. This remote position offers the opportunity to work with a world-class technology company, building and scaling partnerships across one of our most important markets. You will be responsible for identifying, cultivating, and closing partnership opportunities that drive mutual growth and expand ServiceNow's market reach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new partner opportunities across the Americas region, targeting high-potential organizations in strategic verticals and geographies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, serving as their primary point of contact for strategic initiatives and growth opportunities
  • Develop and execute partner business plans that align with ServiceNow's global strategy and partner capabilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, technical enablement, and partner operations to ensure partner success
  • Manage the full partner lifecycle from initial engagement through contract negotiation, enablement, and ongoing account management
  • Track pipeline activity, forecast accurately, and maintain comprehensive records in CRM systems
  • Represent ServiceNow at industry events, trade shows, and partner conferences to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities
  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify emerging partnership opportunities and threats

Required Qualifications

  • Proven track record in partner sales, channel management, or enterprise account management in enterprise software or SaaS environments
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, ecosystem development, and go-to-market strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales cycles, negotiate contracts, and close significant deals
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a consultative sales approach
  • Experience managing multiple partnerships simultaneously and prioritizing effectively
  • Knowledge of enterprise software solutions and ServiceNow platform is a plus
