About This Role

ServiceNow is seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to join our Moveworks team in a fully remote position. This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic operations professional to drive successful customer implementations, manage cross-functional teams, and deliver measurable business outcomes across global accounts.

As an Implementation Manager at ServiceNow, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end deployment of Moveworks solutions for enterprise clients. You'll work at the intersection of sales, customer success, and product engineering to ensure implementations are delivered on time, within scope, and exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage implementation projects from kickoff through go-live, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including solutions engineers, product managers, and customer success to deliver integrated solutions
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, resource allocation strategies, and risk mitigation approaches
  • Conduct discovery sessions with customers to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Manage scope creep and change requests while maintaining customer satisfaction and profitability
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance implementation efficiency and reduce time-to-value
  • Provide executive-level reporting on project status, metrics, and outcomes to both internal and customer stakeholders
  • Train and mentor customer teams on Moveworks platform capabilities and best practices
  • Document lessons learned and contribute to implementation methodology refinement

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience managing enterprise software implementations or complex projects
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering solutions on time and within budget
  • Strong project management expertise with familiarity with agile and waterfall methodologies
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across multiple organizational levels
  • Experience with customer relationship management and success-driven mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
  • Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical and decision-making capabilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience implementing IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms or workflow automation solutions
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow platform and its ecosystem
  • Knowledge of AI-powered customer service or conversational AI technologies
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification
  • Experience with enterprise customer implementations in SaaS environments
  • Understanding of IT operations, customer support workflows, or knowledge management processes
